Water molecules have ability to form clusters. These clusters can accept, store and transfer information. The clusters size differs depending on the water type. Reverse osmosis water has the biggest, and alkaline water has the smallest clusters. The smaller are clusters, the greater is water penetration ability.
Pretty much nobody drinks enough water. In normal conditions (body temp 36.6 C, air temp 20 C) we lose per day:
- 1.5 liters of urine
- 0.5 liters of sweat
- 0.5 liters through breathing
It means we need to drink 2.5 liters per day to replenish these losses. Drinking that much water is no small feat. However, small clusters of alkaline water easily penetrate body membranes helping you to stay light.
